Institutional Research and Effectiveness coordinates LSUA's planning and institutional effectiveness processes. LSUA uses a two-year cycle of planning and assessment. LSUA undertook a comprehensive planning process in 2001-2002 in preparation for its change in mission from a two-year to a four-year college. This process culminated in the LSUA Strategic Plan 2002-2004. In 2003-2004, LSUA again reviewed it's mission, vision, goals, and outcomes with input from all constituencies. This most recent effort is documented in the LSUA Strategic Plan 2004-2006.
